We have been working for years on the total traceability of products and on quality control, creating production networks directly with farmers. We assist them in their work in collaboration with qualified technicians and agronomists.
We have a strong territorial vocation.
We work with small and medium-sized farms with all the organizational efforts that this implies. This makes us proud because we believe that resilient local networks must be supported and improved, not transformed to meet ephemeral demands of the market.
Since 2016 we are leader of the “Multifiliera del Mugello” project, the largest Integrated Supply Chain Project in the whole of Tuscany, for which we have invested 8 million euro together with our 40 local partners.
We promote forms of integrated and organic agriculture in our supply chains since long before they became the buzzwords of the market. We are always looking for cultivars resistant to pests and adverse environmental conditions. Where do we find them? In the agricultural tradition of our hills and mountains. And in collaboration with research institutions such as the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna and the Universities of Florence and Pisa.
Working in the distribution of fruits and vegetables is a difficult task, made of sacrifices, with working hours that start before dawn and sometimes end after sunset. Finding the right employees is a challenge and today we can say we have overcome it. Thanks to everyone’s good will and support!
