We carefully select fresh seasonal fruit without any added preservatives. The fruit we choose is juicy and ripe. We find it in the most suitable areas where the climatic conditions are optimal. We stone, chop and sieve the fruit directly without using third-party puree or concentrate. We then submit the fruit pulp, thus obtained, to a pasteurisation process that allows it to be preserved without altering its original taste. In order not to oxidise the fruit, the entire transformation process takes place under vacuum. This is the only way to maintain the same colour as the ripe fruit.

In addition to the careful selection of producers, soils and crops, you will find a unique recipe behind each nectar. Each type of fruit has a different degree of sweetness. To achieve balance in taste, we customise the recipes. A few drops of lemon or a larger quantity of fruit are choices dictated by experience and the knowledge of raw materials. This is why each bottle of nectar is unique in colour and different from the others.
